Course Module 5: Developing the Scope of Service - This course can be purchased individually, or you can purchase the total 12-module total program. Cost discounts will apply if you purchase all 12 at once.

Course Goal: Orientation to the creation of organizational offerings and services, expansion strategies and staffing considerations.

Course Content:  The Preparing to Launch Scope of Service module (1.25 hours) provides a thorough introduction into preparing and planning for the delivery of services in a start-up organization as well as operational expectations of nonprofits. 

In addition to a review of program and service development, the module includes insights into the consumer base, startup activities required for sound and staff planning and professional development.  Additional content includes an introduction into accountability, quality assurance and consumer and client engagement. 

Includes a total of fifteen (15) real world challenge questions and written exercises.  Following the participation in Developing the Scope of Service, participants will have a framework for program planning and be prepared for the the next course, Leadership and Staffing.
