Course Goal: Understand the impact of work culture impact and the importance of solid infrastructure formation, includes a review of leadership practices and strategies for improvement.

Course Content: The Preparing to Launch Healthy Organizational Culture module (1.50 hours) provides an introduction to culture building, leadership, pillars of organizational success and strategies for operating effective institutions.

In addition to establishing an understanding of the importance of work culture and its value to effective operations, the course offers a thorough orientation to culture dynamics, leadership qualities, core pillars formation and continuous improvement. Additional content areas include: leadership styles, the development of vision, mission, purpose and values and brand messaging.

Includes a total of fifteen (15) real world challenge questions and written exercises. Following the participation in Healthy Organizational Culture, participants will be in a position to make sound strategic decisions about next steps and prepare for the third module in the Preparing to Launch series, Determining the Value of the Nonprofit Organization
