Course Module 4: Executive and Global Presence - This course can be purchased individually, or you can purchase the total 12-module total program. Cost discounts will apply if you purchase all 12 at once.

Course Goal: Review of the importance of professional presence, organizational reputation and strategies to ensure local and global engagement.

Course Content:  The Preparing to Launch Executive and Global Presence module (1.5 hours) provides orientation to the concept of presence, personal and organizational brand building, and strategies for fortifying community / funding sources.  

In addition to preparing leaders to serve as organizational representatives, this course enables participants to build on / cultivate strengths and create plans for presence-development activities.  Additional content includes a review of leadership bios and portfolios for staff and for the organization, as a whole.

Includes a total of eleven (11) real world challenge questions and written exercises.  Following the participation in Executive and Global Presence, participants will be in a position to make sound strategic decisions about next steps and prepare for the fifth module in the Preparing to Launch series, Developing the Scope of Service in Your Nonprofit Organization.
