Course Module 6: Leadership and Staffing - This course can be purchased individually, or you can purchase the total 12-module total program. Cost discounts will apply if you purchase all 12 at once.

Course Goal: A deep dive into leadership styles, facilitative leadership, and staffing considerations supporting service and program fulfillment.

Course Content:  The Preparing to Launch Leadership and Staffing module (1.25 hours) provides a comprehensive review of leadership development, staff-building and an understanding of skills and qualities required for strong leadership.  

In addition to a thorough review of leadership and its impact on culture, the course includes a review of SWAT assessment and effective strategies for team building.  Additional content includes a deep-dive into concepts in facilitative leadership and teams as well as a review of core organizational capacity building practices.

Includes a total of twenty (20) real world challenge questions and written exercises.  Following the participation in Leadership and Staffing, participants will gain understanding into leadership styles and development for an organization and be prepared for Module 7 participation, First Draft Budget.
